How billing works
Many orders. One invoice.
01
Order
Every order creates exactly one line item.
02
Organisation
Line items consolidate per cost centre.
03
Invoice
One per month, payable on account.
What is charged. And what is not.
Charged
- 01Every order that actually runs.
- 02Surcharges that arise in operation, such as waiting time.
Not charged
- —User accounts, no matter how many people work in the operation.
- —The freight check. It runs with every order.
- —Document management with 43 credential types.
- —Proof of delivery with photo and signature.

Common questions about price
Does every extra user cost more?
No. Billing is per order. How many dispatchers, drivers or accountants work in the account does not change the price. Anything else would keep out exactly the people who are supposed to maintain the status.
Do we get an invoice for every order?
No. Each order creates a line item, items collect per cost centre, and one invoice goes to the organisation. Without cost centres they arrive as a single collected item.
Does the freight check cost extra?
No. Every shipment goes through the check before it is assigned. A module you can switch off would be dangerous in the moment somebody switches it off.
Why are there no figures here?
Because a price without a volume says nothing. Tell us your orders per month and your usual lanes, and you get a firm rate instead of a range that does not hold.
