Thursday, 7 to 9.The window is part of the order.
A planned order is the same order with lead time. The time window at the stop steers dispatch and the moment credentials have to be valid.
Planned often just means: noted.
The date is in the calendar, the tour in the dispatcher's head. Whether the intended driver still holds a valid certificate on the day of the run and whether the vehicle is free shows on the morning of pickup, when there is no time left to replan.

The window steers the dispatch.
The order carries its time window at the stop. Checks are measured against the day of the run: a credential that is valid today and expired on Thursday does not count.
Every one of these paths has the priority switch: it moves the order up in dispatch and enters the price as a factor. A service level, not a separate order type.
What this service is not.
A time window is an instruction to dispatch, not a promise to the traffic. Whether the delivery arrives inside the window is decided on the road; what the system ensures is that vehicle, driver and credentials match the window on the day, and that every deviation is documented.

Questions about planned orders
What happens if a credential expires before the day of the run?
The check calculates with the run window. If a credential expires before it, the partner drops out of dispatch for this order. Not on the morning of pickup, but the moment it becomes foreseeable.
How far in advance can I book?
As far as you plan. The order waits in dispatch with its time window; the more lead time, the earlier the award stands.
Can I still change a planned order?
Yes, freely until it is assigned. After that, every change goes to the partner as an update, and the check runs again if freight or window change.
