Gravel needs no catalogue. It needs the right tipper.
In building materials it is not the legal norm that carries the page but the load carrier: bulk, pallet, drum or IBC decide vehicle and process, without anyone leafing through a data sheet.
The site does not wait.
Three deliveries before noon, each with its own window, and the phone settles which vehicle it has to be. Who actually signed on site ends up on a slip of paper that rarely makes it into the invoice.

How a shipment travels.
Every order passes six stations. Marked are the ones where this trade has rules of its own.
- Created
The load carrier is a required field: bulk, pallet, drum or IBC. That is all the system needs to keep thinking.
- Checked
Bulk derives the tipper without anyone picking a vehicle. The pallet decides the cargo space, and drums and IBCs pull construction chemistry into the dangerous goods check automatically.
- Assigned
Only partners with the matching vehicle are asked. A partner without a tipper never sees the bulk request.
- In transit
Several sites, several windows: the tour runs the stops in computed order, and the app shows the driver only the next one.
- Delivered
Who took over on site is on the order with name, signature and photo, not on a delivery note in the glove box.
- Settled
Every delivery creates its line item with the proof. The invoice collects them; nobody sorts slips.
What Beelog does not do.
Beelog does not schedule cranes and does not plan site logistics. What the system takes over is the transport in between: the right vehicle from the load carrier, the tour across several delivery windows, and the question of who took over what and when, answered with a proof instead of a phone call.
Questions about building materials transport
Do I have to pick the vehicle myself?
No. The load carrier decides: bulk derives the tipper, pallets the matching cargo space. Special requirements can be added on the order.
How do tours across several sites work?
As one tour with a delivery window per stop. The order of stops is computed, and every delivery gets its own proof.
Who signed on site?
It is on the order: name, signature, photo and time. The question that otherwise comes weeks later is answered before it is asked.
