Fixed partners.No broadcast, checks intact.

Working with fixed partners means dispatching directly: the order goes to the bound partner without a broadcast, on agreed terms and with continuously checked credentials.

Trust does not replace validity.

The framework agreement sits in a folder, the relationship has run for years. Whether the partner's insurance still holds and their driver's ADR certificate is still valid is something nobody checks day to day, until it matters.

How dispatch runs

The direct line, with the check in the middle.

The order takes the shortest path: straight to the contracted partner. That stays possible only while their baseline credentials are valid. The check stands in the middle of the line.

01AgreedTerms and capacities stored once in the contract.02Dispatched directlyThe order goes to the bound partner without a broadcast.03Checked continuouslyIf a baseline credential expires, the block takes effect before the next dispatch, not after it.

Every one of these paths has the priority switch: it moves the order up in dispatch and enters the price as a factor. A service level, not a separate order type.

What this service is not.

Beelog does not negotiate terms and does not conclude contracts; that stays between you and your partner. What the system takes over is the part that does not work in a folder: dispatching along the contract, and continuously checking whether the partner may still fulfil it.

Questions about direct dispatch

Can I mix contract and broadcast?

Yes. Contract orders go straight to the partner; anything the contract does not cover runs as a normal order through the broadcast. Both sit in the same order list.

What happens when the partner has no capacity?

Then you see it in the order instead of finding out by phone, and dispatch the same order to the open fleet through the broadcast, without re-entering it.

What happens when one of the partner's credentials expires?

Contract eligibility hangs on valid baseline credentials. If one expires, the system blocks direct dispatch until it is renewed. The contract itself remains in place.
